Our redesigned enrollment booklet, May God's Love Strengthen You, offers courage and hope to those who are experiencing illness, discouragement, fear, loneliness or loss in their lives. Young or old, a friend or loved one who is experiencing a time of personal trial will know it is a truly special gift of prayer. The sentiment is embossed with gold foil.

The enrollment page features a stained glass image of Jesus holding a lamb. Jesus as our Good Shepherd is the One who gives comfort, reassurance, hope and healing for those in need. It includes "A Prayer for Strength."

Our booklets can be customized with gold lettering on the Spiritual Alliance certificate page for $2.00. The names of the recipient(s) or family name and the sender’s name are imprinted in gold. If you wish for us to emboss the names in gold, please scroll up to enter the appropriate names in the spaces provided.
